If your company has classified employees under various groupings, you can create the same grouping into the PAT system. However, this is applicable only to a CPF User.
With this grouping feature, you will have the flexibility to assign the access rights to different users. An illustration is provided below:
Two employees from an organisation are responsible for using Provident And Tax - Web. The organisation has classified their employees into two groups:
Management Level
Non-Management Level
Employee A is in-charge of Management Level, while Employee B is in-charge of the Non-Management Level. This means:
Employee A has the rights to view all employee details belonging to the Management Level.
Employee B will only be able to view Non-Management employee details.
To set up an employee group:
Click the here hyperlink on Employee Group section as shown in . The Group Maintenance page will be displayed.

Enter the Group ID and Group Description.
Click to save the recorded employee group. A confirmation message will be displayed.
