Managing Employee Group

If an organisation has classified their employees under various groupings, the Provident And Tax - Web allows the user to create the same grouping into the system.

With this grouping feature, the user will have the flexibility to assign the access rights to different users. Refer to the illustration below:

Two employees from the organisation are responsible for using Provident And Tax - Web.

The organisation has classified their employees into two groups:

• Management Level

• Non-Management Level

Employee A is in charge of Management Level; while Employee B is in-charge of Non- Management Level.  This means:

• Employee A has the rights to view all the details of employees belonging to Management Level. 

• Employee B will only be able to view Non-Management employee details.
