Managing Employee Information

This topic will assist the user in setting up the employees' particulars into the Provident And Tax - Web system as well as in the editing, deleting, browsing and printing of employees' particular.

 

This is only applicable to a CPF user.

 

 

For first time users, the user needs to input all the employees' particulars into the Provident And Tax - Web.  This can be done in two ways: 

 

  1. For Company without Payroll System

Manual entry via Provident And Tax - Web. You need to manually key in all information into the system. 

 

  1. For Company with Payroll System

Upload a file that is generated by the payroll system.

 

Add the Date of Birth of an employee if there is a need to re-compute the employee’s CPF contribution amount.
