You need to set up all your employee details in the system.  Please refer to Company Profile >> Employee >> Create.

 

After setting up the above, you can start creating Payment Advice.  Please refer to Payment Advice >> Create.

 

 

You need to setup subsidiary and employee details.  Please refer to Company Profile >> Subsidiary >> CPF >> Create.

 

You also need to set up all your employee details in the system.  Please refer to Company Profile  >> Employee  >> Create.

 

After setting up the above, you can start creating Payment Advice.  Please refer to Payment Advice >> Create.

 

 

You need to generate a text file containing all employee details from your own payroll system.  Then upload the file to our system.  Please refer to Payment Advice >> Upload.

 

After setting up the above, you need to enter the date of birth of all employees if there is a need to update the CPF contribution amount.  Please refer to Company Profile >> Employee >> Update.

 

 

You need to setup subsidiary. Please refer to Company Profile >> Subsidiary  >> CPF.

 

Next, generate a text file from your payroll system that contains all the employee details, and then upload the file to our system.  Please refer to Payment Advice  >> Upload.

 

After setting up the above, you need to enter the date of birth of all employees if there is a need to update the CPF contribution amount.  Please refer to Company Profile >> Employees >> Update.

You need to setup your subsidiaries (IRAS) first.  Please refer to Company Profile >> Subsidiary >> IRAS.
